United a hindu family gains, divided it looses

The Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) is a special feature of Hindu society and is defined as consisting of an ancestor and all his lineal male descendants together with their wives and unmarried daughters. The tax incidence can be lowered down considerably by effective tax planning and not by tax evasion under HUF structure.
