Relaxation of additional fees and extension of last date of filing of CRA-4 (form for filing of cost audit report) for FY 2019-20 under the Companies Act, 2013 – 1 December 2020
In September 2020, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs had extended the date of submission of cost audit report for the Financial Year (FY) 2019-20 by the cost auditor to the Board of Directors of the Company till 30 November 2020.
Now, once again, the MCA has further extended the aforesaid date till 31 December 2020.

Guidelines for all General Insurance Companies for submission of Reports – 2 December 2020
The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India has issued guidelines for all the general insurance companies, wherein it has directed all such companies to file details of misconduct of licensed surveyors and action taken by insurer on an annual basis and report on survey jobs on half year basis.
