Technical Guide on Royalty and Fees for Technical Services – December 2022
The Committee on International Taxation of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has issued the revised December 2022 edition of its ‘Technical Guide on Royalty and Fees for Technical Services’, in which all the amendments made upto Finance Act, 2022, have been incorporated.

The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has issued the ‘Revised Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) w.r.t. application filed under Regulation 37 and 59A of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements (LODR)) Regulations, 2015 w.r.t. Scheme of Arrangements’ for the listed entities.
