GN on Report u/s 92 E of the Income Tax Act, 1961 – Sixth Edition - 22 November 2017
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has issued the Sixth Edition of the Guidance Note (GN) on Report u/s 92 E of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (Transfer Pricing (TP)) considering the changes effected by the Finance Act, 2017 and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) TP Guidelines (2017).
